UsageCooking instructions: 1 L (4 cups) water 5 ml (1 tsp) salt 500 ml (2 cups) maize meal 1. Bring water and salt to the boil in a large pot 2. Add maize meal. Stir thoroughly until smooth and cover with lid 3. Reduce heat and simmer for 35 min. stir occasionally 1 cup of raw Iwisa no1 super maize meal = 4 cups cooked Iwisa no 1 super maize meal when the cooking instructions are followed

Storage: Store in a cool dry place.
