RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Effective Date: February 2026

Standard Returns (Change of Mind) You may return products within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
   • Exclusions: Perishable foods that have been opened, products past their best-before date, or sale items cannot be returned.
   • Process: Contact info@packnpay.co.uk with your order number to initiate a return.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at info@packnpay.co.uk with photographic evidence. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit.

Damaged in Transit
   • Superficial Damage: Minor dents to cans or outer packaging that do not affect food safety are not eligible for refunds.
   • Significant Damage: Ruptured packaging or contamination will be fully refunded or replaced.

Best Before Date Guarantee We guarantee a minimum of 7 days shelf life from the day after delivery. If a product arrives with less than 7 days remaining, email info@packnpay.co.uk immediately with a photo of the date stamp for a full refund on that item.

Cancellations You may cancel your order free of charge before dispatch by contacting info@packnpay.co.uk.
