Macaroni is dry pasta, shaped like narrow tubes. It is commonly cut in short lengths and is a highly versatile shape that is often used with cheese or chunky sauces. It can be baked or put into soups, salads and stews.

Usage: Fill a medium to large pot 2/3 with water, and bring to boil. Add a tablespoon of oil and salt to taste. Add the pasta and boil, uncovered, for 8-10 minutes until al dente (tender but still firm) or to a preferred cooking degree, stirring a few times during cooking. Drain water from pasta and serve with a sauce of your choice.
Storage: Store in a cool dry area. Once opened transfer to a sealable container.
